What happens at the bar, stays at the bar. We care about your privacy, so we handle your data with maximum discretion. Here is an overview of how we do it.

2. What data do we collect and why?
When you fill out the contact form, we process your name, email, and message for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and potentially concluding a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
3. How long do we keep your data?
We retain contact form data for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact, unless a contract requires longer retention by law. If no collaboration arises, the data will be deleted after this period.
4. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your data. Simply email us at hello@elixian.co and we will take care of everything.
5. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (UOOU), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.cz.
